Organo Gold, a successful international distributor of luxury health-coffees, wanted to help increase their presence in the North American market by re-launching their brand.

Although successful in the Asian market, Organo Gold never had a strong presence in North America and much of that was a result of poorly executed branding and strategy. By re-imagining the Organo Gold logo and creating a unique “OG” icon mark, {ui} established a brand identity that they were sorely lacking. This new identity served as the touchstone for entire brand of Organo Gold’s coffee products.
With six different beverages available the challenge was creating a consistent brand look, which allowed for slight variations for each product. The result was utilizing a neutral color scheme and adding in subtle colors, which corresponded with each product. In addition to the distinct logo and “OG” icon, {ui} also created an additional icon for their proprietary ingredient, giving the packaging a sense of exclusivity and prestige.
In addition to the company rebranding, {ui} was also commissioned to create a new Organo Gold website, which included a separate backend for special OG distributors as well as a revamped shopping cart. The website was revealed at the yearly company conference in January 2010 to a standing ovation.
